Inauguration of our Marseille premises
Inauguration of our Marseille premises
Dear Captains,

This month we inaugurated our La Cravate Solidaire premises in Marseille, rue Bernard Dubois. The perfect opportunity to bring together teams, volunteers, partners and administrators around inspiring talks and activities linked to the journey of a candidate followed by La Cravate.

We wanted to thank you for helping us take this step thanks to your contribution and enabling us to accompany ever more beneficiaries throughout France.

Since 2022, the Marseille association represents:
  • 700 people coached on our Coup de Pouce Workshops with 65% positive exit at three months and 78% feel better prepared for interviews;
  • 5 tons of clothing collected;
  • about fifty actions undertaken.

As a reminder, today there are 14 local associations present all over France, providing plenty of opportunity for rich interactions and great exchanges!

And many thanks to La Cravate Solidaire Marseille for this beautiful inauguration!;

A brief update on our workshops since the start of the year:

Since the start of the year we have welcomed over 4,500 candidates to our Coup de Pouce Workshops across France. Of these candidates, more than half are women, 46% are under 26 and a quarter live in priority neighborhoods.

Our beneficiaries are among the most vulnerable in terms of access to employment, which is why we offer specific workshops such as Coup de Pouce au féminin aimed at women, or mobile workshops to reach out to QPVs.

Thank you, dear Captains, for helping to support these candidates, and we'll keep you up to date with our developments in future posts!

The money will be used for

  • Accompany candidates on an individual basis
  • Propose image coaching with the gift of suitable, quality professional attire
  • Propose HR coaching with HR interview simulation
  • Propose professional photo-taking to enhance
  • Awareness-raising for recruiters on non-discrimination
  • Awareness-raising for employees on the occasion of solidarity operations, professional integration and the fight against clothing waste

Why we love it?

La Cravate Solidaire intervenes at the last, but decisive, stage of the integration process. It's vital to remove the barriers to employment and pass on the codes to those furthest from the job market, so that they can apply on a truly equal footing!

I dream of a world where you don't prepare your job interview to avoid prejudice, but rather to showcase your skills and be proud of who you are.
