Combating discrimination in recruitment

Dear Captains, 
This month we inaugurated our La Cravate Solidaire premises in Marseille, rue Bernard Dubois. The perfect opportunity to bring together teams, volunteers, partners and administrators around inspiring talks and activities linked to the journey of a candidate followed by La Cravate.

We wanted to thank you for helping us take this step thanks to your contribution and enabling us to accompany ever more beneficiaries throughout France.

As a reminder, today there are 14 local associations present all over France, providing plenty of opportunity for rich interactions and great exchanges!

A brief update on our workshops since the start of the year: 

Since the start of the year we have welcomed over 4,500 candidates to our Coup de Pouce Workshops across France. Of these candidates, more than half are women, 46% are under 26 and a quarter live in priority neighborhoods. 

Our beneficiaries are among the most vulnerable in terms of access to employment, which is why we offer specific workshops such as Coup de Pouce au féminin aimed at women, or mobile workshops to reach out to QPVs.

Good news!

All our candidates are called back after three months following their time at Atelier Coup de Pouce, during which they receive a warm welcome, image coaching accompanied by the gift of a professional outfit, human resources coaching and a professional photo. This call enables us to ensure their follow-up and offer them additional support if needed, such as mentoring, distance coaching, socio-aesthetic workshops...

This month, we congratulate Grace, Tony Elodie and Océane who are among those who have been successful in their job search in our Troyes and Pau associations. 65% of our Ateliers Coup de Pouce candidates find a job, training or work-study program within 3 months. 

A big thank you to our volunteers who come in to pass on great advice to our candidates with their professional, always benevolent eye!
