Solution
Du Pain & des Roses is offering a free 4-month florist training course, enabling women and people from gender minorities who are far from employment to enter a creative and rewarding profession with real prospects for advancement. This training helps to meet the recruitment needs of the sector, which is in high demand in the Paris region. Du Pain & des Roses uses only French and seasonal flowers, and makes apprentice florists aware of the ecological issues surrounding flowers.
