From idea to project: giving young people the means to succeed

Faced with the challenge of 1.5 million young people "off the radar", the urgent need is to regain self-esteem. The cause we are championing is that of "Savoir-Devenir": breaking the self-censorship that paralyzes talent, regardless of geographic origin. Our mission is to transform isolation into collective strength. It's vital to offer this generation proof that they have the legitimacy to put forward ideas and act on their future, beyond any social or territorial determinism.

Solution
The solution is "Les Idéateurs" program: a confidence gas pedal through collective action. We offer young people a framework for moving from idea to concrete project. No theoretical courses, but an immersion in "doing things together". In groups, they identify a challenge, organize themselves and pilot their own solution from A to Z. The course concludes with them facing professionals: a decisive step in revealing their talents and asserting their legitimacy in the face of the real world.
Use of the money
Every donation is a direct investment in the young people's journey. Your contributions fund workshop facilitation, access to prototyping tools and coaching to structure each idea. In concrete terms, you enable us to run 18 workshops a year for 150 young people, covering the entire creation cycle from emergence to presentation to professionals. By donating, you provide the logistical and human resources to transform an intuition into a collective success.
