Gemmes’ initiatives help young people build self-confidence, develop empathy, and strengthen their ability to live and work together. Our support creates safe spaces for meaningful exchanges, where young people can confidently develop a constructive view of themselves and their community, get involved, and take action, on their own scale, to help build a fairer, more united, and more sustainable society. By working upstream, we offer a constructive response to the growing polarization of society. When we learn to see ourselves and others with fresh eyes, anything becomes possible!

Solution
Gemmes runs year-long programs that combine direct work with young people and training for educational teams through the SPARKS program, designed by Gemmes. This innovative approach provides educators with the tools and support they need to continue the work directly with students. By following the Gemmes program throughout the school year, young people, and the adults who accompany them, learn together to cultivate trust, empathy, cooperation, and responsibility.
Use of the money
Your donations will enable Gemmes to respond to the many requests from schools that have not yet secured funding. By supporting this project, you help thousands of young people regain confidence and a sense of agency.
