UP for Humanness

<div>All the UP Emploi players were invited to the UP Emploi Christmas on Friday, December 19. <br>Interveners, patrons, beneficiaries, animators, insertion advisors, volunteers, mentors: there were 40 of us to get together, get to know each other, chat and, for some, get reacquainted.<br><br>What I saw on Friday: smiles, pride, joy, lots of fun and a special bond that binds this "community".<br><br>It's your support that makes these successes possible: thank you from the bottom of my heart!</div>

Christmas for UP Emploi players

<div>Thanks to the support of UP for Humanness and, in particular, the UP Emploi project, in 2025 the association passed the milestone of 100 people supported over the year.<br>And that's no mean feat!<br><br>This means 100 lives transformed, 100 professional projects refined, 100 pitches chiselled, dozens of coaching workshops, interview simulations, oral expression, singing, dancing, improvisation and hours of mentoring with a single goal: to enable each and every person to find their rightful place in the professional world.</div>

<strong>Déclic </strong>(3 consecutive full days) to regain self-confidence, get to know yourself better and build the next step in your career path (employment or training). Perfect for those who don't have a clear professional project.<br><br><strong>Envol </strong>(2 intensive days + 6 months mentoring) to gain autonomy, structure your job search, succeed in interviews and land a contract. Aimed at those who have a professional project but don't know how to go about effectively looking for a job.<br><br>.

<strong>Bonus </strong>(1 day) to work intensively on simulated interviews with professionals. Reserved for people who have already been supported on another UP Emploi course and are still experiencing difficulties.<br><br>The UP for Humanness Social Action team receives all candidates for support to determine the course best suited to each situation.<br><br>
